Welcome to DMXReady Blog Manager

This sample blog was created entirely using the built-in WYSWIG editor, including all text entry, image upload, and formatting. Once you have Blog Manager customized and installed, you can enter your blog from any Internet connection without having to using an HTML editor. Just type in the URL of your blog page, Login, and start blogging!

Take a moment to browse around the Blog Manager and learn some of the features. You'll find that Blog Manager is very intuitive and simple to use. But if you every need a little guidance, simply click on the "Help" link in the top navigation bar to view the User Guide.

One last note: the sections/categories in this sample blog are listed as Months, but you can change this to suit your needs to Topics, Years, Locations, or whatever you like!

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.

Add YouTube Files to Your Web Pages Without Dreamweaver

One of the greatest strengths of using Web 2.0 applications like YouTube files with your DMXReady applications is that you never have to use Dreamweaver to insert them into your web pages. For example, here is a YouTube video we added directly into Landing Page Manager. As you'll see, this video is a handy overview on Google Docs:

Embed your slideshow in a table or DIV box, and even leave room for a caption.

Insert Your Own YouTube Video

To insert your own YouTube Video, simply:

Find the video you want to insert (www.youtube.com).
Copy the line of script in the "Embed" text box.
In Landing Page Manager, click on the "Edit Page" link at the top of the page (log in if necessary).
Scroll to the bottom to the WYSIWYG editor, and place your cursor in the middle of the table.
Click on the "View/Edit Source" icon on the WYSIWYG editor (looks like this: <>)
Paste the script into the source (Ctrl "V") and click the "OK" button, bottom right
Click the "SAVE" button on the WYSIWYG editor and view the page.

Using DMXReady applications as a CMS solution is especially handy if your company (or that of your client) produces their own YouTube videos for viral marketing, training, or some other reason. Add a Google Calendar

You can add your Google Calendar to Landing Page Manager to show your site visitors all upcoming events. All updates to your calendar will automatically be updated within your web page.

To add your add your calendar to your website:

Create your calendar (calendar.google.com)
In Calendar Details, copy the text box in the "Embed This Calendar" section.
In Landing Page Manager, click on the "Edit Page" link (must be logged in).
Scroll to the bottom to the WYSIWYG editor, and place your cursor to the location of the page you want to add your calendar.
Click on the "View/Edit Source" icon on the WYSIWYG editor (looks like this: <>)
Paste the script into the source (Ctrl "V") and click the "OK" button, bottom right
Click the "SAVE" button on the WYSIWYG editor and view the page.

Display Your Google Presentation

Add a Google Docs Presentation

You can create a Google Presentation (similar to PowerPoint) and easily add it to your own website using DMXReady Landing Page Manager -- no need for Dreamweaver!

To add your add your Google Presentation to your website:

Create your presentation (docs.google.com)
Click "Publish" and copy the script in the text box.
In Landing Page Manager, click on the "Edit Page" link (must be logged in).
Scroll to the bottom to the WYSIWYG editor, and place your cursor to the location of the page you want to add your presentation.
Click on the "View/Edit Source" icon on the WYSIWYG editor (looks like this: <>)
Paste the script into the source (Ctrl "V") and click the "OK" button, bottom right
Click the "SAVE" button on the WYSIWYG editor and view the page.

Whenever you update your presentation through Google Docs, your changes will automatically update on your web page!

Google has thousands of gadgets that you can add to your website to enhance your visitors' experience. You can use Landing Page Manager to include these gadgets quickly and easily without having to use Dreamweaver or other HTML editors.

Add games, accessories, and various news feeds including CNN, The New York Times, Yahoo! News, and more.

Find a Google Gadget
Click "Add to Your Web Page" then "Get Code" and copy code .
In Landing Page Manager, click on the "Edit Page" link (must be logged in).
