From Sydney you’ll fly to Uluru-Ayers Rock, in the heart of the Northern Territory’s arid ‘Red Centre’.  Uluru itself is a massive sandstone monolith and World Heritage listed site in the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.  Walk between Walpa Gorge’s mighty conglomerate domes, hear about their evolution and why this unique location captivates all who visit. This evening enjoy dinner under the outback sky with the once-in-a-lifetime award-winning Field of Light art installation.

Watch the sun rise over Uluru/Ayers Rock from your private dune top viewing area. Enjoy a traditional bushman’s breakfast. Learn about the region’s natural history as daylight reveals a myriad of animal tracks in the sand and insight into what activity took place through the night.

Next stop – Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre to learn about the local Anangu Aboriginal people. Take a short walk into Mutitjulu waterhole to appreciate its cathedral-like proportions and its spiritual significance for visitors and the Anangu people alike before returning to the resort to relax.

From Ayers Rock, you’ll fly to Cairns in tropical North Queensland for your 4-night stay at luxurious Crystalbrook Riley.

Enjoy a full day out on the Great Barrier Reef visiting both Green Island and a reef location. Enjoy a guided snorkeling tour with snorkel equipment and flotation devices included, and full use of the indoor and outdoor facilities on board.

Day 1: Depart USA

Make your way to Los Angeles Airport for your overnight flight to Sydney. If you require a connecting flight from another US gateway, please let us know and we can price your airfare accordingly.

Day 2: International Date Line

During your flight, you will cross the International Date Line.

Day 3: Arrive Sydney

After you clear Customs & Immigration, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for a 4-night stay. The remainder of your day is free to relax and explore the city at your leisure. Sydney’s vibrant dining scene, golden sand and robust cultural venues draw visitors back again and again. This is a city that’s constantly evolving, with new rooftop bars, theatre shows and designer shops popping up at every turn.

Day 4: Sydney (L)

Today, cruise around the beautiful Sydney Harbour on our exclusive 78ft luxury cruiser. Seating just 90 people, this is the most stylish and unique way to experience one of the world’s most iconic destinations. With expansive top, fore and after decks you’ll experience amazing and uninterrupted 360-degree views of one of the world’s most famous harbors including the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House and Luna Park. Whilst you cruise around the Harbour, we will serve you an amazing array of seasonal and regionally sourced food and wine. On the lunch cruise you will be treated to a delicious two-course all-inclusive menu, including a decadent dessert. The remainder of your day is free.

Day 5-6: Sydney

Two full days to explore Sydney at your leisure. On one day, we have included the Tour & Dine option at Sydney Opera House. Step inside and discover the extraordinary stories of the Opera House then relax by the harbor as you enjoy lunch and drink at Opera Kitchen. Day 7: Sydney – Ayers Rock (D)

Transfer to Sydney Airport for your onward flight to Ayers Rock. On arrival transfer to your accommodation for a 2-night stay. This evening, step into an enchanting world at Ayers Rock’s “Field of Light” after sunset. Thousands of multicolored lights adorn slender stems, creating a magical, starry landscape amidst the desert darkness. Inspired by the spiritual essence of Uluru, this installation by artist Bruce Munro immerses you in a tranquil and awe-inspiring wonderland. It’s not just a visual delight; it’s a connection to the land, indigenous culture, and the night sky. This experience offers a unique, contemplative journey through the heart of the Australian outback, a memory to treasure long after the lights have dimmed.

Day 8: Ayers Rock

An early start as you arrive at the top of a private dune top viewing area before the sun breaches the horizon. As your traditional bushman’s breakfast is being prepared, your guide will explain the retreating star scape above. Enjoy a cup of billy tea and damper as you watch the sunrise bring you spectacular views of Uluru / Ayers Rock and the vast landscape stretching as far as the eye can see. Your guide will explain the natural history of the region and as the daylight reveals the myriad of animal tracks in the sand an insight into what activity took place through the night. Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre is the next stop, a vibrant and engaging place of learning where the local lore of the Anangu (the local Aboriginal people). Take a short walk into Mutitjulu waterhole, where you will appreciate its cathedral like proportions and why it is such a powerful and spiritual place for visitors and Anangu alike. Return to the hotel to relax and enjoy the facilities or activities available.

Day 9: Ayers Rock – Cairns

Transfer to Ayers Rock Airport for your flight to Cairns. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your central hotel for a 4-night stay. The remainder of your day is free to relax or explore the city at your leisure.

Day 10: Great Barrier Reef (L)

Board Ocean Free, a 16-meter sailing schooner, and kickstart your day with fresh fruit, Danish pastry, and tea or coffee. Depart at 8:00 am for a full-day cruise to Green Island and the Great Barrier Reef. With a limited guest capacity of 25, relish a personalized, spacious experience. Arrive at Ocean Free’s exclusive Pinnacle Reef mooring, just 1 km off Green Island. Dive into a coral garden for swimming, snorkeling, and optional scuba diving under professional supervision. Savor a generous seafood buffet for lunch. Enjoy transfers to Green Island at your leisure for rainforest walks or beach relaxation. After 4.5 hours, set sail back to Cairns (wind permitting).

Day 11: Cairns

A free day to explore, relax or indulge in a spa treatment at one of the many local spa’s.

Day 12: Kuranda

Begin your journey with a 1.5-hour ride on the iconic Kuranda Scenic Railway, one of the world’s most spectacular rail journeys. Upon reaching Kuranda, your guide will escort you by bus to the rainforest village, offering accessibility for all (no walking required). Spend 2 hours exploring vibrant markets, cafes, restaurants, and animal parks. Next, embark on the award-winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, granting a UNESCO-listed rainforest experience and breathtaking vistas. Conclude your tour with a stop in Palm Cove, where you can enjoy a ‘Signature Cocktail’ or a beach walk, creating cherished memories of your day.

Day 13: Depart Cairns

Transfer to Cairns Airport for your flight to Brisbane and onward flight to Los Angeles.
